The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Prato, with easy access to major roads and a bus stop nearby. the rooms are spacious and clean, with adequate bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, accommodating special requests and providing fast and reliable Wi-Fi. the breakfast is plentiful, with a good selection of fresh bread. there is a nearby Irish pub for a quick drink.
The hotel lacks proper air conditioning, causing the rooms to become stuffy and uncomfortable.

Bed sheets were clean. staff was gentile. Breakfast was ok.
Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was very different from the ones in the photos. Furniture was extremely old and bathroom was unusuable. The shower area was not clean and most probably no change in utilities have been done since the opening of the hotel. There was a lot of noise in the room due to water tubes that were crossing very close to it.

Nearby there are a few good restaurants, like Chef Republic, just a 5-minute walk away. Overall, a positive experience. Plus, it's right next to the train station 🚆.

The breakfast lady did not even bother to ask us if we wanted any coffee and did not even say any sort of greeting, she sort of ingnored us. Because there was not any coffee machine on the table you had to order it. So we had breakfast and let without any tea or coffee. Will not be staying there again.

Great breakfast selection with fresh pastries and variety of options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and easily accessible to popular tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape.
The TV in the room did not work, but it wasn't a major issue for us as we spent most of our time exploring the city. The hairdryer also didn't work, but the staff would have fixed it had we asked.

While it's not the most central of hotels, it's very well turned out, the rooms are very nice, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The breakfast is good, and the prize we paid was ok too (50 euros per double room with breakfast)
Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was very different from the ones in the photos. Furniture was extremely old and bathroom was unusuable. The shower area was not clean and most probably no change in utilities have been done since the opening of the hotel. There was a lot of noise in the room due to water tubes that were crossing very close to it. I think it should be a three or two stars hotel, but not at four at all

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a hair dryer. The bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and a bathtub. I also enjoyed the television and the direct dial telephone in the room. The dining experience was excellent, with a delicious continental breakfast and a buffet-style restaurant. I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the facilities.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast was good and had a decent variety of options. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always eager to assist us with directions and local tips. the location was convenient as it was close to public transportation and a few restaurants.
The hotel was not well maintained and felt outdated. the room was small and cramped with poor lighting.
